We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible with the best service we can.

Delivery time usually 2 - 5 working days, depending on stock. confirmation on receipt of order and tracking is available on some items. 

Delivery Charges:

Local area:                      Free of charge within 20 mile radius of the shop £30.00 minimum order

Small items:                   £1.99    Free for orders over £100

Medium sized items:  £11.99   Free for orders over £150

Large bulky items:       £27.99  Free for orders over £350

Tile delivery charge varies due to differing sizes and some may be on a pallet, details at checkout.

Deliveries are free over £350.00 orders

        Deliveries should be 3 - 5 working days

We have a large selection of products available from our suppliers and they have large quantities of stock too. Most items are available next day to us and some of our suppliers will deliver direct. Some items may take time to get in and if unavailable at the time we will let you know the estimated time and offer a refund if required.

Please get in contact before paying if you would like to check stock, our stock levels may not be correct at the time of ordering.

Please do not organise installers until you are sure you have all the parts you need, nothing worse than having to delay your installation.

Some of our deliveries are kerbside only and you may need help to lift heavy objects into your home these are mainly large pallet deliveries.

Please notify us of any delivery restrictions to your property to avoid any failed deliveries.

Collection:

If you would like to come and collect your order please use the collect feature when ordering and we will get in touch to arrange a collection time usually 2 - 3 days.

Delivery is free for fully managed projects that include installation.
